Follow these two simple steps to the right to make sure you're ready to join the fun this season!
1. Register with Rugby PA

When asked which club, please search West Chester and select Pennsylvania, Youth and HS Council

The costs for the 2025 Fall Season with Rugby PA are as follows:

HS Annual Membership - (PA Fee $229 + USAR Fee $41) = $270

HS Fall Sevens - (PA Fee $85 + USAR Fee $41) = $126

This must be paid by credit card online and includes the USA rugby fee. This fee is in addition to the Club's dues.

Through this process, you will also be registering with USA Rugby. USA Rugby requires you to sign and upload the USA RUGBY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
2. Register with The Club
The club uses TeamSnap for our registration and communications. You will need to have a TeamSnap account to register and this will allow you to receive timely communications throughout the season. You should also download the TeamSnap app and adjust the settings so you receive communications from coaches, parents and players.
While filling out this information, you will be required to upload Section 6 of the PIAA CIPPE Form (physical) from this academic year as well as that USA Rugby Participation Agreement and Waiver you filled out when registering with Rugby PA.
During this process you will also need to pay the 2025 West Chester Rugby Club dues:

If paying of the Club's fees creates an economic hardship, please email us. We can work something out. Our goal is to get as many kids as possible enjoying this wonderful sport, regardless of economic resources.
