2026 Registration is OPEN!!
Follow these two simple steps to the right to make sure you're ready to join the fun this season!
When asked which club, please search West Chester and select Pennsylvania, Youth and HS Council
The costs for the 2026 Fall Season with Rugby PA are as follows:

HS Annual Membership - (PA Fee $155 + USAR Fee $41) = $196

HS Girls 7's Annual Membership - (PA Fee $75 + USAR $41) = $116

U16 Annual Membership - (PA Fee $90 + USAR Fee $41) = $131

U14 Annual Membership - (PA Fee $50 + USAR Fee $41) = $91
Players must pay the USA Rugby fee of $41 annually. This is separate from the Rugby PA annual membership and our Club dues.
Through this process, USA Rugby requires you to sign and upload the USA RUGBY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
West Chester Rugby Club has moved to TeamSnap One for registration and season communications. Families can still use their existing TeamSnap username and password. TeamSnap One will allow the club to share timely updates and important information throughout the season. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
During registration, you will be required to upload:

Section 6 of the PIAA CIPPE Physical (current academic year)

USA Rugby Participation Agreement and Waiver
2026 Club Dues:

$160 standard

$140 early bird (through February 15)

$300 family cap
If paying of the Club's fees creates an economic hardship, please email us. We can work something out. Our goal is to get as many kids as possible enjoying this wonderful sport, regardless of economic resources.
